The Internal Chat extension adds a fully integrated real-time communication workspace to EspoCRM, enabling teams to collaborate without leaving the CRM environment.
The extension supports:

- Direct and group conversations.

- Reactions, replies, forwards, threads, polls.
- Scheduled messages.
- Presence indicators.
- Typing status, read receipts, and notifications.
It also includes both a floating chat widget and a dedicated full-page chat interface, allowing users to stay connected from anywhere inside EspoCRM.
All conversations, shared files, and collaboration history remain centralized within the CRM, helping teams improve communication, visibility, and productivity.
