Return and refund policy

Our mission at Eblasoft is to provide EspoCRM customers and small business owners a seamless way to enhance their own crm app, quickly and robustly. We strive to meet the highest quality bar when it comes to visual design, app development as well as customer service.

In order to maintain this high-quality bar of our services, we are offering an extremely flexible refund policy. In case the product you signed up for or the product you’ve purchased is not suitable for you, you have 24 hours to inspect your purchase and determine if it does not meet the expectations laid forth by the seller. In the event that you wish to receive a refund, Eblasoft will issue you a refund and ask you to specify how the product failed to live up to expectations. You will also need to confirm in writing that all the downloaded materials have been permanently deleted, prior to the refund being issued.

Keep in mind that we won’t be able to issue you a refund if you make use of our customer service for any reason, or you already got a refund in the past.

However, the moment you ask for a refund, you’re losing all the rights over the downloaded app template and you will not be allowed to use it in any way. Not even as inspiration for your next app.
